Over the years of working closely with hospitals, clinics, wholesalers and retail pharmacies, as well as health care professionals like doctors and midwives, have enable us to comprehensively understand their different requirements and needs. This in turn has paved the vast network for our products to cover and penetrate into far reaching areas within Indonesia. Our knowledgeable medical sales representatives are highly trained to ensure timely and professional service. PT USM also has a team of in-house doctors ready to assist with product knowledge and/or training demonstration for products that require more specialized skills like Indoplant (Levornogestrel 2 rod implant Contraceptive).
